Notice: We are still open for emergency dental appointments!
When it comes to dental emergencies, we’ve chosen to stay open because we offer a service to the community that a hospital can’t offer. We’re getting a lot of questions about what qualifies as a dental emergency, so we want to quickly answer a couple of your questions:
If you’re experiencing severe pain or visible swelling in the face, you need to make sure it’s taken care of right away so it doesn’t develop into anything more serious.
If you’re experiencing other dental problems, such as biting pain or sensitivity, please reach out to us. If it’s causing you serious discomfort, we will be able to help you.
If you have any other questions, please reach out to us and we can let you know whether you need to get it seen to right away or if you can wait until we’re open as normal.
These are unprecedented times and we want to take care of you as best we can.
Temporary Hours: Money – Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Come As a Patient, Leave As Family.
That’s our motto at South Anchorage Dental center, and we live by it every day. Everyone who walks through our doors gets the same dignity, care, and attention as though they were members of our own family.
At South Anchorage Dental Center, we take being a family dental center to heart.
Nothing makes us happier than to see parents we treated as children start to bring their own children in to see us. But being a family dentist means more than just providing a wide range of treatments to help everyone from the very young, to the young at heart. It means trust, nurturing, and respect. It means treating you not just as a patient, but like a member of our own family.
Because we understand how busy our families in Anchorage can be, we strive to make our dental care as convenient as possible.
We offer extended hours for patients whose schedules do not allow for treatment during normal business hours. We also offer 24-hour emergency services for dental issues that just can’t wait. Many of our patients live in Bush Alaska and have limited time in Anchorage each year to receive dental care. We offer same-day dental services, including extractions and implants, for those who need them.
